1. Go To Settings -> User Permissions
Note : If you don't see user Permissions, please upgrade your account to professional plan
3.1 Click on "Manage Permissions" Button
3.2 Scroll Down Settings and Choose "View & Edit" for "Manage Your Cases"
p.s. This will give us access ONLY to case logs and nothing else
4 - Scroll Down To "Inventory" section and click "View & Edit" for Manage Inventory/Add a Product
